We passed our first big milestone of the year on Monday, implementing part of SAP's CRM system. I am the functional lead of this project, and it's a big one. We have four phases, and the first was supposedly the easiest since it included only pre-sales functionality and did not involve a conversion. On the other hand, it included the creation of the system infrastructure, which to me is the hard part. Anyway, we're on to phase two, quotes and projects (new systems contracts). The whole project will last almost another full year.

Because of the go-live date, I did not go with Ed to Florida for Easter this year. Which means I will spend this weekend gardening!!! Tomorrow's project: beans!
