On Sunday I walked over to the annual Houston Heights Festival on Heights Boulevard. This is a large festival with a parade. It's not like the Santa Barbara Solstice Parade, and it's not quite the Three Rivers Arts Festival. It's more like....Massena Heritage Days. If you're not in the parade, you're really nobody. There are many good booths, but because it happens right before elections, it's campaign heavy.

Anyway, I got there too late for the parade, but caught this father and son pair riding up and down the street. I love these lowrider bikes, and the lowrider trike was so cute! This is what I like about living in the 'hood.
