Aidan was good enough to grow to exactly 48 inches before coming here, so we could go to Astroworld Saturday confident that he could ride most of the rides. We walked in and went straight to the Dungeon Drop, a ride that takes you up 20 stories and drops you in a free fall. Aidan proclaimed the ride "freaky" and he rode it three more times during the nine hours we spent there. Both Aidan and Nico enjoyed the thrill rides; nothing was too "freaky" for them.

Linda and I were disappointed that Greezed Lightnin' was closed, probably because there had been a rain shower midday. We wanted to take Nico and Aidan on it and then call Grandma and remind her of when we made her ride it back in 1978.
