Our house has a for sale sign in front of it. Tomorrow is the “agent tour” where all of the real estate agents from the firm we’re using come to see the house. It will also be listed on MLS. Then we will have an open house next Sunday.

The house looks pretty good. We got rid of a fair amount of junk, thanks to a Sammy garage sale, charity pick-ups, recycling and giving away to friends. I am exhausted though.

Oh, and the Art Car Parade was yesterday. It was great as usual; I did take a few pictures but am too tired to post them right now.
